John was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. John is the partner in charge of litigation.

John practises predominantly in the areas of Banking Law, Licensing Law and general Civil Litigation and has extensive experience across all Courts. 

John practises in banking enforcement to include the Appointment of Receivers by way of equitable execution and Garnishee proceedings, Mortgage suits and Well Charging / Order for Sale applications.

John acts for Receivers in the discharge of their duties, including the prosecution and defence of injunction applications on behalf of Receivers.
