Donnchadha was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2001 and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.  Donnchadha is the Managing Partner of the Firm and a partner in our Commercial Department. 

Donnchadha specialises in banking law, commercial law, commercial conveyancing, commercial litigation, debt recovery, receiverships, liquidations and Company Law. 

Donnchadha advises on banking law and practice, including lending, participation agreements, syndicated loan facilities, loan restructures and loan sales. He advises lenders in relation to the recovery of debt and enforcement of security.

Donnchadha advises clients on all aspects of Company Law, more particularly in connection with the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements, corporate disputes, including dealing with arbitrations, mediations and litigation in the High Court, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
