Aisling was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2010 and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

Aisling is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department. She practises in the areas of banking law, company law, contract law and conveyancing.

Aisling has gained immeasurable knowledge and experience in acting for financial institutions with regards to restructures, security reviews, perfection of compromised security and in the enforcement and realisation of that security. Aisling advises Receivers and Asset Management Teams on all aspects of insolvency and property law and regularly acts in the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential property for both private and commercial clients.
