David works in the Litigation Department of the firm and has extensive experience in debt recovery.   He has acted in high profile commercial Litigation, instructed predominantly by a leading Financial Institution.

David advises in relation to securities held and the recovery of assets transferred, the enforcement of Judgments, Mortgages and Guarantees.

David is an experienced negotiator and advises individuals in difficulty with financial institutions and the Revenue Commissioners. 

He has acted for members of the motor trade, in personal Injury, medical negligence and road traffic accident cases
