DAVID P. GALVIN

David was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 2023 making him the fifth generation of the Galvin family to practice in Cork.

David practices as a Solicitor in the Commercial Department of the firm and assists  clients with due diligence and preparation of companies and businesses for sale. In addition he also advises clients on commercial agreements.

David also has  considerable experience at the High Court, Circuit Court and District Court in all areas of litigation representing both Plaintiff and Defendant in personal injury, commercial, banking and debt recovery.

David is also a member of the criminal legal aid panel and has vast experience in the criminal Courts.
