Paul was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1979.

Paul is recognised specialist in personal injury defence work.  Paul is the partner in charge of defence litigation at the firm.

Paul acts for both semi-state and private companies in the transport sector, where he prosecutes offenders for statutory infringements.

Paul advises a number of shipping and insurance companies in the area of marine law.

Appointments:

• Paul was a former president of the Southern Law Association
• Paul served for a number of years on the Council of the Law Society of Ireland.
